Jess’ customer service is stellar - responding quickly to emails, offering fabulous design advice, and bending over backwards to get my order to my house on time for Christmas despite the major mail delays last year. Of course, the painted shoes themselves are the most amazing part. Jess is an insanely talented artist and a year later the art still looks brand-new. 

 

And not only is Jess incredible at what she does and just as professional as any adult, but part of the proceeds go to a memorial scholarship at a South Florida high school for her friend, a high school student who sadly passed away during the pandemic.
